Decent but not up to Hampton standards

− Room cleanliness was not up to Hampton standards and the room and furniture were quite run down.

5.0The desk clerk when we came in was very kind to me and my husband she was very helpful to both of us I had to wash our clothes and when I did I had to go back to the washroom at least three times because the keys wasn't working and finally she was able to give us a key that work but I don't understand why your electronic keys are not working in your hotel you need to fix that I shouldn't have had to go to the are you facility three times we were tired we were on the road for probably 7-8 hours already that's unacceptable! The room really wasn't that clean it was Dusty in some areas I would just say it was one of the less best hotels we stayed in on our whole journey! They did have a joyful break fast professors really really good and that's probably just about it?
− Don't ask me what could have been done better that's your hotel you know what needs to be done and if you're that concerned about it go down there and find out yourself!

− No pool or jacuzzi working and noy workout equipment in the gym room.
Our stay
8.0Clean and helpful staff. In comparison to our previous stay at another location, the breakfast was better. I would like to see better eggs (like a full scramble and not just egg whites).
− Desk chair was either broken or a strange back support angle (too reclined). Repeat that breakfast could have been better.
