The location of this hotel is excellent—just about a block and a half from the beach entrance. It is extremely convenient that they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and beach badges, making it very easy to enjoy the beach without bringing your own equipment. They also have a few bicycles available for guests, which were useful for getting around, although they could definitely use some maintenance. Another highlight was the outstanding service. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel very well taken care of. There is no parking, and it's difficult to find a spot on the nearby streets. So if you find a place to park, leave your car there and do everything by bike. Unfortunately, our biggest disappointment was the room. We were traveling as a family of four, and I specifically booked a suite described as including 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom, with 3 beds (1 King and 2 Queen beds). The description was very clear when I made the reservation. I booked a KING SUITE. And the pictures were very clear about that. However, the room we received was completely different. It was much smaller, had no separate living room, and only had one King bed plus one single bed with another pull-out single bed underneath. The room was so small that there wasn't enough space for our luggage—we actually had to store our suitcases in the bathroom. I went to the front desk immediately to explain that this was not the room I had reserved and paid for. They told me the hotel was fully booked and that this was the only room available. Something clearly wasn't right—either the room listing was inaccurate, or someone else was given the suite I had booked. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do, and I had no choice but to accept the room. That was a real disappointment and, in my opinion, not a fair outcome for us. Despite this issue, I would still recommend the hotel because of its fantastic location, the beach amenities, and the genuinely excellent hospitality. I just hope they ensure that future guests receive the room type they actually reserve. It wasn't fair what you did to our family.

The owner was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and she genuinely made us feel well taken care of.

The serving hours were not convenient either—for example, on Sunday breakfast was only available from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Because of that limited schedule, we ended up skipping breakfast altogether that day.
