2.0The sheets and towels were dirty, dust was all over the room fan. We were given the wrong door code so we couldn’t get into our room and then cleaners tried to come in before check out and walked straight in without knocking. The walls are paper thin so you’ll hear everything in surrounding rooms

6.0Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Lighting was a little strange, no bedside lights. They emailed us a code to use to open the room door but it did not work. Had to get another code. Friendly, however. Electric receptacle in bathroom did not work, would not reset. Had to plug in elsewhere to dry hair. Shower would benefit from grab bars.

8.0Great location. Clean and quiet room. Fantastic tacos at the food truck out front. I really wish they did not put that plug in air freshner in our room. Took me hours to discover the cause of the very strong fragrance. Opened the windows and then it was too cold. Not enough blankets.

8.0Lone Eagle was relatively basic but cost effective. It’s location is excellent for access to downtown Grad Lakes and the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
