6.0Our room was on the B level (basement) which I wasn’t very happy about. Chirp—chirp—-chirp, there was a cricket in our room and fortunately I was able to locate the intruder and take care of the problem myself, otherwise we would have had to move. Went to use the exercise room , but my key would not work. Went upstairs to talk to the manager at the administrative offices and was told the lock is broken and there were no maintenance people working.

6.0Had to change rooms. It had a broken toilet handle and also the refrigerator was not working. 2nd room also had broken toilet handle but was functional. Also, bed frame was bent up in the middle and looked broken and not the right frame. It was not comfortable.
