6.0Room was clean, lighting in the room was odd as it turned on bedroom light and bathroom light but nothing in the main area Lighting over kitchen cook area was poor with the only light source being the extractor fan light.

10.0This was our second stay at this property l would have no hesitation staying again on our next visit to Melbourne, rooms and facilities are very modern a nice kitchen to prepare a meal and the hotel is located in a very good area of Melbourne with easy tram connections to the city and last a nice restaurant is downstairs with great pizza available.
