− It was a bit tired looking and there was mould in the bathroom above the door

− La cama está apoyada todo el costado contra una pared y la foto no lo muestra ni se describe. Es muy incómodo para dos personas.

6.0El personal es, sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento; súper atentos y amables. Y también cabe destacar la ubicación, literalmente al lado del metro de Ueno. La zona es tranquila, con varios kombini cerca y una calle de restaurantes y tiendas a unos 5 minutos del hotel.
− La habitación era diminuta, para un par de días está bien, pero para las 6 noches que nos quedamos era muy agobiante. En general, las fotos distan bastante de la realidad; la limpieza es muy mejorable (me refiero a la limpieza que está hecha cuando llegas, había bastante moho en las paredes del baño) y no está tan nuevo como puede parecer. Además, del servicio de auto lavandería que ofrecen, solo había una lavadora operativa y las secadoras no funcionaban nada bien (después de 1:30h de secado la ropa salía mojada).
