2.0We were waiting for a long time at the elevator. I entered a room and did not find any towels or clothes hangers in it. The bathroom water was very dirty, the bidet was not working, and the shower also needed maintenance. Every time I asked him for a service, the receptionist told me that your reservation was not from the hotel’s website, even when I asked him. To add my stay to my membership so I can benefit from the points, he also told me the same response: I cannot because your reservation was not from the hotel’s website.

8.0Staff was friendly, however since this was suppose to be a non smoking Hotel, some guest still smoked in the rooms and the smell is in the corridors but the staff could not enforce. The hotel is in dire need of renovations. Our room though upgrade to a junior suite, changed from Creek view to city view. The Shower room doors did not close, the kettle did not work and the lamp shades had fallen off. There was a layer of dust on the table legs. Though the top was clean.

4.0There was no activities available in the hotel, the location is far away and the available taxis are expensive. The hotel itself and the food is ok but my room smelt unpleasant because the bathroom got flooded every time I showed.
