3.0− Leiligheten var ikke rengjort skikkelig, hagen tilhørende Leiligheten var full av barnåler, løv og ugress. Kan forstå at leietaker rengjør selv når det koster 70 euro for å slippe, men inspeksjon av hvordan det er rengjort bør være vesentlig bedre.
