4.0The place was outdated. The safety box was broken and out of the wall. The shelving was falling apart. The shower wall was full of cracks that at least should have been filled. The location was excellent.

2.0When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had not received my reservation, and that they had no rooms available. I had to find another hotel, again.

8.0The hotel has a nondescript, plain lobby with a super welcoming and eager-to-help attendant; the room is rather simple but quite nice. It is located on a quiet side street, near many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there in my next visit to Mendoza.
