8.0Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.

4.0No elevator and they didn't care. Little coffee was $2.50 with no refills. No smoking even outside at the small pool or a $200.00 fine

10.0It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Ambiance suite. I spent a few weeks there as a solo traveler. The room was large and comfortable. It felt like a small studio apartment. The staff were very helpful. I felt safe staying there. Thank you!
