Un tempo deve essere stata una struttura buona, oggi forse meriterebbe un lavoro di ristrutturazione

Ho sicuramente apprezzato la disponibilità della padrona dell’hotel (e del suo collaboratore), che mi ha anche gentilmente riaccompagnata in stazione ed è stata come me sempre aperta al dialogo.

− Nel tardo pomeriggio del secondo giorno (su due notti che avevo prenotato), ho deciso di andare via, mossa soprattutto dalla difficoltà a riprendermi (ho avuto la sensazione di non riuscire a respirare bene, complici il caldo e, in parte, anche la moquette). La premessa è doppia: le temperature di quei giorni erano molto elevate ed ero l’unica ospite della struttura. Fin dall’inizio mi è stato spiegato che non era possibile accendere l’aria condizionata durante il giorno perché c’era il rischio che andasse in cortocircuito la struttura (questo andrebbe segnalato nei servizi offerti), ma al tempo stesso sono stata “obbligata” a usare l’ascensore (cosa che non mi spiego se c’è un rischio di questo tipo utilizzando l’elettricità…). La moquette, in ogni superficie della stanza, a mio parere andrebbe tolta perché con il caldo di questo periodo rende solamente più complessa l’ossigenazione e il frigo bar era staccato, per questo motivo durante la notte ho bevuto acqua calda. Non sono riuscita a dormire molto, purtroppo, perché l’aria condizionata (che è stata accesa la sera) era molto rumorosa, inoltre ho sentito il volume alto di una televisione fino alle 2 di notte. La finestra della mia camera dava sulle scale antincendio, accessibili dalla strada. Sono certa che la struttura - in passato - sia stata di livello più alto, ma per 76€ a notte mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Comprendo anche bene che sia dispendioso tenere aperto l’hotel con pochi clienti, ma forse allora sarebbe opportuno valutare dei periodi di chiusura, da sfruttare per ristrutturare alcune aree. Probabilmente nei mesi invernali la struttura risulta più accettabile, anche nella condizione attuale.
