8.0There was no staff in attendance for check in due to ongoing staff shortages. Room information advertised Mapapouri Power Station Tours which were suspended in 2018.

8.0Compact, refurbished property. Well finished. Lake front and walks across the road. Only downside was that the lounge seating - bucket chairs - was not comfortable. a nice lounge sofa would be better.

4.0Arrived to freezing cold room, no one at check in ,,just envelope with details on how to get to room. 3 floors outdoor stairs, no lighting . Heating could have been put on to warm area.
