This apartment is located in a lovely resort with its own private entrance, a small backyard, and access to a shared pool, creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The buildings and the interior layout are thoughtfully designed, making the space feel comfortable and inviting.

− The main downside is that the apartment shows its age and would benefit from renovation. While everything is functional, the furnishings and finishes feel quite worn. With some updates, this could easily become an excellent place to stay thanks to its great setting and overall design.

Not as expected, couldn’t wait to leave.

Spacious lots of room for the kids to hang about

− 1. Pool was not clean, full of leaves, whoever thought putting bushes on a hill beside a pool was a good idea has clearly put not thought into it. There was a dead mouse in the pool twice which I fished out with the pool net. The water level of the pool was below the level of the filters so they couldn’t have been doing anything. 2. Website said there was air conditioning which is main reason we booked. When we arrived there was no air conditioning. When we rang to ask about it the dropped down one fan without coming back to us to explain necessitating further calls to reception 3. The kitchen was infested with ants, we kept all food sealed and used bug spray liberally and still couldn’t keep the ants away. There were ant holes in the sealant around the windows of the kitchen where they were getting in. Cleaned the kitchen top to bottom in the evening and by morning loads of ants around again 4. The oven kept tripping the fuse box switch which was in a maintenance press behind a locked door so we repeatedly had to ring reception to come and turn it back on. The first time it happened the person in reception suggested we had too many appliances running (there was nothing running except the oven) the oven would only stay on for 5 mins at a time before tripping the switch so the frozen pizzas we bought at the supermarket went to waste. Eventually the solution from reception was to have the fuse turned off to the hob or else the oven nd ring them to change it from one to another.

− O quarto não corresponde a 5 estrelas. O ar condicionado era velho amarelado e não funcionava bem, as janelas estavam empanadas, a água não escoava bem nem no lavatório nem na banheira. Algumas paredes apresentam sinais de infiltração com tinta em bolha. A piscina de crianças não tinha condições de segurança nem de higiene, faltavam pedaços de material no fundo da piscina e estava cheia de terra com falta de manutenção. A comida ao jantar não corresponde aos preços praticados nem se percebe como um resort oferece este tipo de refeição sem qualidade.
