10.0Amazing staff, especially the concierge and restaurant teams. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the centre of Glasgow for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The room was luxurious and the bathroom was beautiful.

− Le matelas était juste un scandale pour un 5 étoile! J’ai demandé un changement de literie ou de chambre car des ressorts arrivaient directement dans notre dos.. On m’a affirmé avoir changé le matelas… sans doute pour le même ! C’est la première fois de tous nos voyages que nous dormons si mal
