6.0− No firm pillows offered. Breakfast was fair at best for the price, not good value. Same with the hotel in general, not a lot of value for the price.

9.0Lindsey at check in could not have been nicer. She should be a trainer. Amy in the bar was extremely personable and such a wonderful bartender and server.

− Our door entry key didn’t work we had to go and get repairs twice and then the tub wouldn’t drain therefore the repair man had to fix something that broke
