− Price was double what I normally pay. And much higher than others around. Hot water was out, ac leaked on floor. Room was dated and really unimpressive. Bathroom door latch stuck and my wife had to open it from outside. For 200t a night.

− The shower did not have hot water so we had to take cold showers. The toilet had flushing problems and it’s terrible this happens with the amount of money they charge
Ok if your business is paying but for individual paid travel, a pass.
6.0Don’t get me wrong, the staff are GREAT. Our room didn’t smell nice when we arrived. Kinda like a former smoking room and dated. Very, very few plug-ins for all electronics. Room appeared clean, but found the floors and cabinet tops “sticky”. I wouldn’t write but nearly the same $$$ as the Homewood Suites we just stayed 5 nights in near Niagara Falls in Buffalo Amherst. So for $200 a night, I give a thumbs down.
