7.0Hezké ubytování v blízkosti Slezského parku, příjemný wellness, vstřícní recepční.
− V pokojích chybí klimatizace, pokoj jsme dostali vedle přístavku, kde se konala svatba, takže hluk až do noci a tím že v pokoji nebyla klimatizace , museli jsme větrat oknem, měli jsme pocit, že spíme na diskotéce. Na pokoji chyběly Župany a papuče pro hosty do wellness. Wellness jen 4 lehátka pro všechny hosty hotelu, velmi málo Snídaně byla každý den stejná, takže když strávíte hotel třeba týden, tak nevíte už co si dát, jeden den nařídili pomerančový džus vodou, raději ho měli stáhnout z nabídky. A nejhorší bylo, když jsme si chtěli dát odpoledne v restauraci drink, tak personál absolutně ignoroval, že tam sedíme, tím že tam utírali talíře, bouchali s nimi a pokřikovali po sobě, takže ten hluk byl nepříjemný. Zaplatit jsme museli jít k baru , protože si Nás obsluha po přinese drinku už nevšímala. Čekali jsme lepší služby vzhledem k cenám restaurace a 4* hotelu.

10.0Nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a pleasant stay.
− The restaurant experience was disappointing. Several of the dishes listed on the menu were unavailable and wines from the wine list were not in stock either.
