3.0The location was good. The staff were good
− Our daughter was moved from her room due to a leak in ceiling above the shower head. Then the next room had black mould on the bathroom ceiling and she was moved again The rooms lacked storage space for luggage Shower door only opened outwards so floor was wet and difficult to exit shower if someone was standing at the handbasin. Very limited wardrobe space. Definitely not 5 star.

Decent option for Soho location, but not worth $1,000+ a night.

− From 8th floor the traffic noise was very loud. Also, noise level from other guests in the hall.
