2.0Hello. If I had to give you guys some advice about staying here, I’d say DON’T DO IT! Me and my family have been staying here for a long time and it used to be amazing! Until 2024… They got a new manager and everything went downhill. She yells at all of her guests and has extremely strict rules for a place that isn’t even that nice. The rooms are so nasty and crusty and way overpriced. They charge for everything now and have scammed people. Some close friends of mine were 10 minutes late returning their boat and instead of letting them off with a warning or forced to pay a fee, they were kicked out off the property and forced to pay for the rooms they didn’t stay in. This place isn’t what it used to be and I strongly recommend not staying here unless you want to be scammed, yelled at, and want to stay in a crusty musty room.

2.0Unbelievable the lack of respect and human decency by the manager at this establishment. After two boat rentals failed to work, a full refund would not be issued by this establishment. The first boat failed to start and drifted us into a boat dock, the second failed 1/2 mile out. So we were charged for the time it took to paddle and drift back. We payed 325.00 for a jacuzzi suite and could not bare to remain onsite after dealing with this crazed manager. If you dare go to this place, after one sentence with management you will immediately regret!!!

1.0Total deception this is not a hotel. This is certainly not a three-star hotel so bad I didn't even stay. I paid $150 to walk away to buy another hotel Holiday inn which was excellent

2.0This is not a hotel it's not A three-star hotel. It's the kind of place you go. Oh s*** I've been scammed. I'm leaving now and going to stay at the Holiday inn. Disgusting. I wouldn't even let my dog stay there. Train your staff clean your building. Stop lying about your reviews
