環境很乾淨，設備都維護得很好，床也睡起來很舒服，地點雖然離市中心有點距離，但相對很安靜，服務人員相當親切，也有小型的游泳池跟熱水池，真的是舒服放鬆的一次體驗。

− 浴室水壓略小，馬桶沒有免治馬桶略嫌可惜，其他都很棒。

Great visit to Canmore and would highly recommend Raven Suites to anyone visiting.

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Great location with a wonderful view and an easy walk into town. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and communicative.

Disappointing - cannot recommend

Resort is located on outskirts of town. If you want to walk into Town Center, it's approx 1.5km (~20 minute walk). My family booked a 2br suite, which was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Rooms are nice and clean, with garage parking. The room had a full kitchen, and was stocked with basic items. Staff was friendly. Our room, as with many, overlooked the center courtyard & pool. Pool closes at 10pm, so we heard guests/kids splashing around until closure. Not too bad though. Our overall experience was disappointing because of noise & poor soundproofing. Voices from the adjacent room & the hallway resonated into ours throughout our stay. Even worse, we were on 3rd floor & could hear every footstep from the room above. Mostly, the footsteps were just a nuisance. But on 2 nights, it sounded like a herd of elephants wrestling in the room above us...incessant stomping, banging, dropping things on floor. The first night, it stretched into the early morning hours. The second night, we had to call front desk to lodge a complaint. Apparently, hotel staff responded. Regardless, we lost sleep as a result. We walked away feeling like Stoneridge was more like high-priced dormitory, as opposed to a high-end resort hotel. Although we intend to return to Canmore, we wouldn't consider rebooking at Stoneridge. For what we paid, I'm sure there are better options.
