Bel soggiorno ma con delle cose da migliorare
7.0Hotel centralissimo Grande parcheggio anche se quando siamo arrivati noi non c’erano più posti disponibili Piscina pulita e con molte postazioni Camere ampie Pulizia Profumo nella hall Ascensore ampio che arriva fino giù al ristorante Staff giovane e forse un po’ inesperto ma disponibile In generale si respira un’aria vintage di un hotel fermo agli anni ‘80/‘90, nei quali probabilmente ha raggiunto il suo massimo splendore!
− Le attese per l’ascensore sono interminabili Il Wi-Fi funziona solo nelle aree comuni Il bagno è troppo piccolo per una camera superior, senza finestra e senza areazione Purtroppo abbiamo fatto la doccia gelata 3 giorni su 5 La varietà dei piatti offerti per cena va bene, ma qualità di alcuni di questi andrebbe migliorata… Consiglio anche di mettere le etichette davanti ai vari dolci presenti sul buffet della colazione in modo da sapere cosa si mangerà!

8.0− Purtroppo devo dire che quest'anno il servizio in sala ristorante lasciava molto a desiderare, poco personale e chiaramente non professionalizzato. Servizio disordinato e con lunghe attese. Non va bene.

6.0la posizione è ottima in quanto si trova al centro di Pescasseroli. Le camere sono grandi abbastanza da muoversi con tranquillità. La colazione è internazionale.
− Una maggiore cura nel mobilio delle camere che risultano vecchie, stile anni 80. Inoltre il letto si capisce che è stato sfruttato abbastanza che lo rende scomodo, se ogni tanto venissero cambiati i materassi non sarebbe male
