6.0Lovely place but one woman Catrina was amazing as she was left to do everything, check us in , run the pub and restaurant. The room was not very clean. I am handicap and it was hard to get around.

6.0The Wordsworth used to be a very distinctive hotel with a pool/ Spa . Had we known it now belonged to the Inn Collection we certainly wouldn’t have stayed . Although our bedroom was clean and the bathroom modern , that can’t be said about the rest of the hotel. The carpets in the hotel are old and stained and everything in need of a refurbishment . Definitely wouldn’t stay again
