2.0That was no stay because they supposed to do the check in at hotel Alcossebre and the hotel was closed so I have called the costumer service to give me another surprise they are open only Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and what is the point to check in at 4 pm if is nobody to do the check in and no support from anyone I nearly slept on my car with my children and it was happening if I wosent booking a hotel, I have to pay more but what happened if I didn't have the money to do that, most likely I have to sleep in the car with all my family. The next day they emails after I give them a negative review saying that the staff was there waiting for me and they sent me emails and also contacted me on WhatsApp, well this wosent true they didn't sent me any emails or get in touch on WhatsApp, they not only let me and my family without a place to stay but they also tell lies, I won't recommend to anyone to book with them

6.0Overall an OK stay - slightly confusing in regards to where we were staying and where reception was... a bit of a walk to a town centre but that wasn’t too bad. In fairness, a receptionist was helpful and accommodating. A room itself could do with updating - it felt slightly dated.
