− Unica pecca è che dopo le 18:00 non è più possibile fare il bagno in piscina

Overall a nice hotel. Decent pool and the area. Some sunbeds are in dire need of replacement and some are ok. The location is convenient. The bar/ restaurant by the pool has quite good food and reasonable prices. Very nice personnel there. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The breakfasts are tasty but quite monotonous. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from 3 stars in Greece. The bare minimum was met. AC worked well.

− There's hardly any place to keep your clothes. Something like a pipe with 4 hangers . No shelves , drawers. I kept my clothes on a sort of bench. A kettle and cups are provided but tea packets , sugar , teaspoons and some plates or saucers would be welcome. TV with Greek channels only. Poor noise cancellation , no shower gel dispenser, only 2 little tubes for 5 nights. All these things didn't spoil our stay but could be improved I guess.

colazione fantastica: tantissima varietà tra dolce e salato, ottima qualità dei prodotti, riforniamento continuo non appena qualcosa terminava. Posizione ottima, bar della piscina ottimo! assolutamente da provare!!!! grazie a tutto lo staff di orion hotel.

Disappointing

The location

− Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The property is old and only partially renovated, and it feels like many areas have been left unfinished. One of the first things we noticed was that there was no air conditioning in the reception area, making check-in and waiting there very uncomfortable, especially during the summer. The room lacked basic amenities. There was only one soap dispenser for everything (hands, shower, hair, etc.), with no separate toiletries. The minibar was completely empty, with no complimentary water or soft drinks. The bedroom wardrobe looked unfinished, as if the renovation had never been completed, and it didn’t even have doors. There were also several maintenance issues, including peeling wallpaper and a hole in the wall. The towels and bed linen felt old and worn. On Sunday, housekeeping didn’t even make the beds. I specifically requested a double bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together, which was not comfortable. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety and the quality of the food was good, but the dining area was extremely noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Finally, the pool area could definitely use an upgrade. The sun loungers were old and dirty, and because there was no clear policy, guests would leave their towels on them early in the morning to reserve them for the entire day. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs significant improvements in maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, and customer service to justify its rating.
