10.0Great location in Terrasini! Close to lots of shops and restaurants! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The only issues were the WiFi was spotty and the air conditioning wasn’t the coldest. Had a great stay!

4.0The property was old and tired, outside furnishings were broken and dirty. We didn't get the Royal room we paid for and the room we did get had a tiny shower with a broken shower head, we shared said shower with hundreds of ants on a daily basis due to the lack of sealant. Room was on the third floor so really didn't expect that. Breakfast was not good, food was brought out repeatedly day after day and there was no chilling for the meats, and dairy products which sat for hours in the heat each morning to be returned to the fridge and brought out the next day. For the price I would not recommend at all. I've stayed in cheaper accommodation with higher standards. Such a pity as on the plus side, it was central, staff were friendly and the outside space was nice.
