10.0O café da manhã eh excelente! Toda a equipe sempre muito prestativa e pronta para ajudar. Ficamos lá em uma baixa temporada e a equipe de entretenimento fez as atividades com os adultos e crianças como se o hotel estivesse cheio! Gostamos muito do atendimento.
− Os dois quartos que ficamos tinha partes com mofo, nao é ideal quando esta se pagando um alto valor pelo hotel. O serviço de fotos deixou a desejar, o pessoal que faz a reserva não explicou como seria, o fotógrafo não torrou fotos suficientes da minha família então tive poucas para escolher e quando fomos escolher o valor era exorbitante, viajo bastante e nunca tinha visto algo assim.
Elevador quebrado, televisão não funciona, Wi-Fi pessimo. Creio que por ser a reserva da booking acomodaram a gente no p

A estadia foi agradável porém ficou abaixo da espectativa e não compensou o preço pago.

− Alguns ítens deixaram a desejar: O quarto que fiquei não tem guarda roupas; O colchão está irregular; A manutenção é falha, fiz várias reclamações e fui atendido apenas no conserto da porta do box. A porta do banheiro está emperrando e fazendo um barulho muito alto, não foi resolvido.
