6.0Not up to the mark. While the location and parking facility are very good but food and maintenance of rooms etc need a great improvement.

10.0Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

6.0Pathetic condition of property, we stayed in 2 bedroom cottage … old and torn curtains ,worst condition then A guest house …door locks not working properly….dirty quilts were changed only after follow up request… nothing good except name and location of property

10.0We would highly rate the property for its staff friendliness and the location. The rooms are tidy and have a great view. There are lots of cafes nearby which make the location of this place even more awesome.
