7.0朝食は、メニューが充実していますが、味が濃いめで砂糖も多めなので長期滞在時には注意が必要かもしれません。お部屋はとても静かで、セキュリティの面もしっかりしていました。同じ名前のホテルが2つあり、どちらに泊まるのか現地に行くまでわからなかったのは不便でした。
− 1泊だけ宿泊の予定でしたが、チェックイン時にもう１泊延長したいと伝えたところ、fully bookedで延長は不可、と言われました。しかし、同僚は、私の直後に同じお願いをしたところ、1泊なら延長可能と言われました。2人とも同じサイトから予約して同じランクの部屋を１泊予約していたので、明らかに不公平な取り扱いでホテルの印象が悪化しました。

10.0All the staff are amazing. It is clear they have received a lot of training. The management team are quite responsive to any issues raised. Wish I could remember all their names, Selam (Front Desk), Kefale Yayeh (F&B Manager), Restaurant Manager, General Manager etc. Also Danite, Weynshet, Fassika just to mention a few names. Also the other F&B Manager who treated me to a cup of tea when I least expected it and encouraged me to visit the other branch of Inter Luxury- Yes there are 2. The other has a revolving 360° panoramic view.
− Security appear to harass visitors for ID.
