8.0Nous venons à Crans depuis des années. Nous avions arrêté quelque temps, mais nous avons décidé de revenir — et quelle belle surprise. Il y a une nette amélioration : le personnel est aujourd’hui beaucoup plus sympathique, attentionné et souriant. Cela fait réellement la différence et rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. La vue est toujours aussi magnifique, et la proximité avec les remontées mécaniques reste un vrai atout. L’emplacement est clairement un point fort. Un grand merci aux équipes pour leur accueil et leurs sourires, surtout dans une période qui n’est pas simple pour la station de Crans-Montana. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
− Seul petit bémol qui, malheureusement, n’a pas évolué : la carte du room service. Elle est vraiment trop restreinte et n’a pas changé depuis des années. Après avoir dégusté des spécialités régionales riches en fromages et charcuterie sur les pistes le midi, on apprécierait davantage d’options plus légères et plus “healthy” le soir.
