הצק אין והצק אאוט היו מצוינים, על אף המיקום המרכזי מאד שקט ונוח לאדם אחד או זוג.

− בעת שהותי נכנס לחדר מנקה בלי רשותי. אמרתי לא כמה פעמים ובעת מנוחתי נכנס. בעתיד כדאי לבדוק שאין אדם בחדר בעיקר כשאישה מבקרת בחופשה לבדה🙏

Outrageously extensive. no frills hotel with no elevator and no in person staff. However, location is good

Only the location.

− Our room was on the 4th floor (top floor) that required lugging a suitcase up 4 very steep, narrow, winding, treacherous steps. The bed was so squishy and soft, we had a hard time sleeping. The left side of the bed was 4 inches from the wall so you had to scoot to the bottom of the bed to stand up. The cost of the rooms was outrageous considering there is no in person receptionist and no elevator. There was definitely some price gouging going on there.

Great location, clean, safe, but the team working there could better communicate with guests.

The location, right on the canal in the heart of The 9 Streets, cannot be beat especially if you want to feel like you're in the center of things and be close to cool shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. The rooms were pretty standard and the place was clean.

− Checking in was pretty confusing. I think they could do better laying out the process of how to initially get into the building and what to expect on arrival. Especially because sometimes theres a person working there and sometimes you're interacting with a hologram team somewhere else in the city (yes, really), so at different times we were given contradictory policies/instructions. They graciously held our luggage for us when we arrived around 9am and got us set up with keycards so we could come back and finish "checking in". When we got back at 3pm, the hologram told us the room had been ready for us for hours already, we were already checked in and we could go up. That was pretty frustrating especially when you're fresh off a plane in a new place. Oh also, the stairs are STEEP going up to the rooms so just be aware.

Bad experience, old not working hotel

The property is very old, not accessible at all ( we had to go up 4 floors of stairs) the heater didn’t work and the room was freezing

− We arrived late and they didn’t provide access information to the room, so we had to wait in the rain outside the hotel until they answered us in the intercom. The virtual receptionist wasn’t able to provide a key so they gave us a digital one that expired after a few hours. The room was in the fourth floor, my dad had difficulty getting up there as it was a small and circular staircase and very low ceiling. And the worst of all the heater didn’t work and they couldn’t come to fix it, so the room was freezing, they didn’t even have extra blankets for us. Very bad experience, not worth the very expensive price

Great location with welcoming hosts.

Fantastic location. Welcoming & helpful hosts who carried our luggage upstairs even though we knew this wasn’t an included service. Free maps & coffee station. Quality supplied toiletries.

− A small bar fridge in room would have been a nice addition.
