10.0Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Fantastic location - situated opposite the main square. Stayed in a standard room which was comfortable and tastefully furnished. Bathroom was great - especially the shower. Air con most welcome - and an absolute necessity - as was the small fridge. Decent breakfast with a choice of cooked eggs, ham, cheeses and pastries etc - and a varied selection of fruit. Found the staff to be generally engaging and friendly. Two particularly stood out for excellent customer service. The wonderful Diego - always super friendly and helpful and Sonia who worked in the cellar bar - which is well worth a visit. Biggest disappointment was watching the World Cup Final in the bar and the quality of the TV. Possibly a 20 year old built in Samsung TV with a defect in the screen. With 20 -30 people watching and Spain being in the final, and the bar taking a lot of money you would have expected something fairly decent.
I will recommend it to anyone travelling in the area.

8.0The staff were absolutely amazing. rooms lovely. Bathroom great shower. all good. the breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast. The location was perfect for wandering around Laguardia. It is a very nice hotel and I would recommend it xx
