10.0the breakfast was awesome, so many choice. Rooms are clean, internet is not as good as I was expected but it was ok.

10.0For the price, it was great! Was pleasantly surprised by this property. A little dated, but had everything you could need. Great shower! Tea everywhere! Also, great location.
Good service recovery
6.0When I arrived I was told there was an issue with my room and I could not stay. To their credit though they had booked an alternative (about the same standard), guaranteed the same price and also booked and paid for a taxi to get me there. Shame I didn’t get to stay, but excellent service recovery.

Nice but cold
6.0Good hotel for the price, but the building has no heating, and the room was uncomfortably cold. We asked for a heater, but it was too small and couldn't keep up. Front desk tried to charge me extra for it, rather unusual charge in a hotel. Room was nice and clean, hot shower, decent breakfast, plenty of tea drinks to choose from. Close to the main square, would recommend but not in the winter.
