2.0− Na pobyt v tomto hotelu jsme se těšily, ale bohužel nás velmi zklamal. Podle mého názoru rozhodně neodpovídá standardu čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu. Největším problémem byla dostupnost. Před příjezdem jsme telefonicky informovaly, že přijedeme s 80letou babičkou se sníženou pohyblivostí. Nikdo nás však neupozornil, že ke vstupu na recepci a poté k výtahu vede několik schodů, které představují pro starší nebo imobilní hosty zásadní překážku. O poloze hotelu ani nemluvím, příjezd byl velmi komplikovaný, jelikož cesta k hotelu je velmi strmá a hrbolatá. Velkým zklamáním bylo také jídlo. Kvalita i výběr byly hluboko pod očekáváním a rozhodně neodpovídaly úrovni čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu. Měly jsme zaplacenou polopenzi, kdy k večeři byl výběr pouze ze tří jídel, kdy jedno z nich byla například zapečená brokolice se sýrem, která neměla absolutně žádnou chuť a nebo losos s brambory, které plavaly v oleji. Druhý den jsme na večeři raději ani nešly. Na snídani jsme měly jídlo formou bufetu a to jediné se dalo jíst, ale čistota talířů či misek byla velmi špatná. Několik talířů jsem měla mastných a na jednom z nich byl dokonce přilepen obal od másla. Co se týče pokoje, měly jsme zaplacené prezidentské apartmá pro 3 osoby. Místo rozkládací pohovky, která byla psaná ve vybavení pokoje, jsme dostaly malé a úzké spartakiádní lehátko. Celkově jsme od hotelu očekávaly mnohem vyšší úroveň služeb, odpovídající jeho prezentaci a kategorii. Tento hotel bych rozhodně nedoporučila osobám se sníženou pohyblivostí a ani hostům, kteří očekávají služby odpovídající čtyřhvězdičkovému standardu.

7.0Die Auswahl von dem Frühstück war zwar nicht groß .. hatte aber täglich gewechselt, somit war ich damit sehr zufrieden. Personal war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Es ist Zentrums nah , zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Fand ich Top.
− Der Weg zum Hotel war eine Herausforderung. Die Straße ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz reserviert, der war.. naja akzeptabel aber mit 16€ pro Tag sehr teuer.
