Adequate and convenient
6.0Location was convenient to the Omega institute that brought us to the area. The last at the front desk was warm, friendly and helpful. The property had ample parking and was well signed from the road and well lit.
− The stair treads were tired and needed paint, the hallway to our room was extremely musty. While the beds and bathroom were clean, there were some cobwebs around the ceiling edges. The window couldn’t open and looked directly onto a fence.

9.0I liked all the small details. It is old but the room was very clean, no smells and it has quaint charm.
− Only had 2cd floor rooms and if you have a handicap it could be difficult getting your bags up.

8.0One of the nicer two star hotels we've stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable. Donna was a lovely host, and she makes great pancakes.
Donna was very nice. Breakfast was good.
6.0− Property needed to be updated and repaired. Room was clean but old fashion. Expensive for what we had for a room. Example: queen bed, no headboard, one night stand, one table lamp. Ceiling fan with light over table & chairs. Very minimum. We would not stay there again.

4.0The front desk lady was friendly.
− It was so dirty. Hair on the comforter, in the bathroom when we checked in. The toilet seat was dirty (and could be easily wiped with TP so I know it was not cleaned well at all).
