− Nella stanza per persone disabili era stato richiesto un letto king e nella seconda stanza un letto normale. Prenotazione completamente invertita. Lo staff non ha voluto sentir ragioni e ci siamo dovuti adattare e scambiarci le stanze ed il disabile ha dovuto soggiornare nella stanza non attrezzata dove era presente il letto king. Incredibile la durezza del comportamento del responsabile.
