Nice hotel
8.0The hotel room was very spacious with nice decor and was clean. Bathroom/shower does not have lock. Water provided for coffee but no soda or other drinks available for purchase. The pool was nice and clean. The food was the main disappointment. Not much options and did not taste good. Hotel was located close to shops, coffee, and restaurants which made it convenient.
Food serve for Breakfast could be improved
6.0The hotel is very old. The Food, many dishes such as banh uot, banh cuon, xoi, chao thit..., serves for breakfast are too cold while they should be served in warm or hot condition for tasty. Hot water should be available for use to dilute the very strong black coffee. The toaster was not working.
Robbed by resort staff
2.0My wife and I are staying at a neighboring property (Lotus Village) but stopped in the spa for a massage around 7:00 p.m. on 1 December. The spa staff had us lock our things in a cabinet then took us to the neighboring room for a hot stone massage. Although they gave us the key for the cabinet when we returned 90 minutes later, 500,000 VND was missing from her purse and I was missing 1 million VND from my wallet. The staff here is not honest and disestablishment should be avoided.
Stay away
2.0This hotel is not 4 star anymore. The bathroom in my room was in a very poor state. The towel's provide are old and grey . The areas around the pools are not maintained. Bins overflowing. The beach isn't great , huge sand bags that look like whales have washed up . Most of the staff are not good at speaking English. The breakfast is 6.30-8.30 only 2 hours and there is much choice omelette or noodle soup , and it is of poor quality.
Nice rooms and beach, but lack of service..
6.0Rooms are spacious, nice beach, and nice pool area. But any request outside the standard / menu is met by “finished”. I asked to buy a bottle of 7 up so we could mix shandy. “Finished” although it was 10 bottles in the fridge.. Payment of lunch for two took 15 minutes.. Some training in service is required!
