8.0Die Lage ist wirklich günstig. Die RooftopBar und das Frühstück fallen positiv auf.
− Auf der RooftopBar werden auswärtige Events priorisiert. Wir haben keinen Stuhl mit dieser Begründung bekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist unpersönlich und man wird mehr „abgefertigt“ wie an einem Flughafenschalter. Ausnahmen waren der nette Concierge und der Sommelier wo ein Blickkontakt und ein Lächeln noch drin lag.

9.0Our bay view room was very comfortable with good facilities, room had both LAN socket & Wifi, cleanliness of our room and general hotel facilities was excellent, room was serviced twice per day, fantastic fresh breakfasts served each day, all staff provided excellent service and were very friendly, this hotel has a great location.

10.0Das Fullerton Bay hat ungewöhnlich freundliches und liebenswürdiges Personal. Zum Hochzeitstag haben wir als Überraschung eine wunderbare kleine Torte erhalten - es ist schon ein sehr besonderes Hotel, in einer traumhaften Lage. Ein Abend in der Rooftop Bar garantiert einen fantastischen Abschluss eines Tages
