− J’ai reservé pour deux nuits de noce. Je reviens du mariage à 6h du matin, la clim ne fonctionne pas, le probleme en soi ne me derange pas je me dis ca arrive. Je descends voir le receptionniste de nuit, je lui demande juste une autre chambre pour pouvoir dormir parce qu’on était épuisés et que dès que je me réveille je fais les valises dans l’ancienne chambre et la libère, il me dit que je ne peux pas avoir une nouvelle chambre sans libérer celle deja occupée. Ca part en dispute en tentant que lui expliquer de j’ai 3 valises deja ouvertes et que moi et ma femme revenant directement du mariage et qu’on est épuisés, j’allais meme tout laisser comme ca et aller à l’hotel d’en face pour dormir. On obtient finalement une nouvelle chambre minuscule destinée à l’occupation single, je ne me plains pas je la prends. A midi la femme de menage toque, nous reveille, malgré le « do not disturb » accroché à la porte, elle me dit « non je voulais juste savoir si vous avez besoin de quelque chose » puis 2 secondes apres « on voudrait bien que vous libériez maintenant l’autre chambre » elle etait venue nous réveiller pour ca.. on s’est retrouvé à faire nos valises et démenager au lieu de recuperer un peu de sommeil. Non seulement le problème etait le leur et on etait censés avoir un dédommagement pour ca.. mais en plus il a fallu se disputer et lever le ton pour avoir une solution un minimum acceptable: un personnel completement non-chalant, qui s’en foutait de la situation, du fait qu’ils ont gachés une nuit de noce, aucune solution à la hauteur, aucun geste, aucun dédommagement, meme pas un essai de se rattraper ou une excuse correcte.. Le pire 5 etoiles que j’ai jamais vu..
