6.03 Star at 4 star price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with no hot water but it was resolved quickly. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Restaurant food average. Hotel taxi expensive but the driver was great :-) I stay again. Book online for best rate.

4.0Hotel Location is absurd and it is an eye sore. Washroom amenities were pathetic. Beware of 24 hr Room Service, you have to call them at least 5 times/bottle/night if complimentary run out. Rooms not soundproof at all. I had to postpone my plans and only stayed for 2 nights.
Hotel location is awful
4.0Hotel room was shabby, small bathroom, room had very thin wall and a door leading to the opposite room that was locked. I could constantly hear a couple talking in the adjascent room. No hot water in bathroom. Had one of the worst stays in my life.

8.0Great Hotel with very good facilities. Room was very comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood was not one of the best but easy to locate. Would definitely stay there again.

spacious quiet room and fantastic service
10.0when we arrived we were dubious about location but hotel quelled all our concerns. Rooms were spacious and had all the amenities the modern traveller wants also very quiet. Also free wi-fi which is a must nowadays. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a wide choice to meet all nationalities. Very pleasant stay at a reasonable price - value for money
