8.0Хорошее расположение. Персонал отлично помогал. Хорошая кровать и постель. Кухня и европейская и китайская. Завтраки хорошие.
− Бассейн детский не глубокий. Маленький и там постоянно были дети занимались. Сауны нет. Плохой интернет. Нет умных туалетов и роботов доставщиков. Кондиционер работал в одном режиме и было либо холодно либо жарко.

6.0The hotel itself is not bad, it’s part of a chain and we stayed in multiple locations of Marriott. However, this time we really got disappointed.
− The housekeeping was terrible, for everything we needed to ask multiple times, they even didn’t take the rubbish or even changing the linen properly. The breakfast was a mess with so many people that they are taking over each other for a plate because of shortages. In general, I would not stay in this hotel at least in Shanghai.

9.0Excellent service, great location if you travel by train. Super comfy bed and room is very clean. There are lots of choices for food around the hotel, I would definitely go again next time in Shanghai.

8.0We had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Central Shanghai with our family. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, making it easy to reach all the main attractions and get around the city quickly. The staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable and well organized. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai!
