Great room, wonderful staff.

Great hotel and staff was wonderful! It was close to the water park and many food places.
9.0Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good every day as well. We chose this hotel because it was close to Nashville Shores and we will definitely stay there again!

5.0We liked the size of the room, the location & the breakfast
− 1) I called a month before to reserve cribs for my babies, and usually, other hotels would happily reserve those for us. But this hotel manager said they don't do crib reservations. This made us have to bring 2 portable cribs from home. 2) We ordered a suite so we can have the babies be in the "living room" of the hotel room and we can sleep in the bed area of the room but we got one long room with no separation between the 2 areas. 3) We found some trash in the room when we first checked in (old straw, some hair & food crumbs).
We will stay here again!
