Better than my last stay with friendly morning staff, but the evening crew was not very helpful.
7.0The hotel was okay and actually an improvement over my previous stay here. The room cleaning was decent and the morning staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was ok.
− The evening staff was not very helpful. I asked reception two days in a row for cutlery for my room and they just told me to go to the restaurant and ask myself. When I went to the restaurant, the staff simply handed me a plate and cutlery, even though my hands were already completely full of shopping bags. I had to awkwardly carry everything up to the 5th floor myself. Service in the evening definitely needs improvement. Wifi not good at all. Online work meetings now possible.

10.0Gute Lage, nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel oder in den umliegenden Seitenstrassen. Gegenüber von 2 Einkaufzentren. Mehrere Restaurants entlang der Straße zu Fuss erreichbar.
