L emplacement.

− Déjà les photos proposées sur le site sont trompeuses. Rien à voir avec la réalité du lieu . Personnel accueillant ça oui . Pour le reste c est vieux . Déjeuner correcte

Good for partying, light luggage and heavy sleepers

The Quentin Arrive hotel is a short walk from the central station. It's hard to miss with the giant yellow letters spelling hotel on the outside of the building. Its reception and dining area have massive windows so you can take in the streets of Amsterdam and the goings on. Our room was clean with beautifully arranged sheets, lots of plug points, a desk, TV and a view of the street. Although the toilets and shower are communal there was a sink in the room and cups and soap provided. The breakfast was generous and wide ranging including bacon and eggs, fruit, bread and warm croissants, juices and coffee. Checkout was easy.

− The member of staff who met us was very friendly but there was an online check in process we had to complete on arrival plus a £100 deposit though we had paid for our room in advance. Fortunately this was refunded in a couple of days. We were on the second floor with a fairly heavy suitcase and the lift was out of order but the carpeted stairs are quite had to climb with baggage. Our single glazed window opened easily and widely into the street which may be a concern for families with small children. As it was a Saturday night we could hear people enjoying themselves all around the locality. Each door slams loudly when closed and after midnight there were doors slamming and being banged on frequently.

Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel.

− Op de vierde verdieping, geen gezamenlijke douche. Wel een een vieze kapotte wc. Een douche voor twee verdiepingen op de derde verdieping.

Great location but horrendous moist room :(

The location is excellent, you are right at the centre of the city, next to many metro bus and tram stations. The stuff was very polite and friendly and helpful with our requests and concerns. Lastly the bed are comfy

− They put us in the basement, but when booking the photos were completely different, be aware of the small lines… the room was bad!! It had no ac or proper ventilation and the moisture was unbelievable. The bathroom had a tiny ventilation that did almost nothing. When showering the whole bathroom turned into a pool, literally. They had only one towel per person. (No fridge also). In general very bad, you could smell and feel the humidity in the air…
