− Breakfast had standard variety, but food was not hot even at opening time for breakfast.

The Manager was nice but I hope the lady receptionist should change her attitude.

− The lady receptionist (with a long hair and older), was quite mean/rude to me when I asked a help because my laptop can’t access the Wi-Fi. She helped but she’s mean and not smiling. I hope she should change her attitude, she should be approachable and nice. And on the day when I left the place I say thank you to her and she didn’t even replied. The lady on the kitchen or the breakfast nook was nice and approachable.

− The food machines took our money and went and told the front and the lady was rude about it. Acted like she was not worried about the stuff they had in the hotel.
