Da para perceber que o Hotel e tudo muito bem pensado e muito bem cuidado, cama, roupa de cama e travesseiros de altissimo padrao, vc se sente abracada em todos os momentos... Equipe extremamente educada, simpaticos, carinhosos, atenciosos nota 10000. Localizacao excelente, perto de tudo, da para fazer tudo a pe com total seguranca e ruas muito charmosas no bairro de Palermo com restaurantes, supermercados, Cafes, pracas etc... Cafe da Manha de primeira, comida saudavel, tudo impecavel, opcoes de bom gosto feito com muito capricho, tudo lindo. Amei estar nesse Hotel, estava comemorando uma data muito especial e nos parabenizaram com uma linda surpresa >) Guardarei para sempre esses dias e com certeza indicaria para todos os conhecidos.
