10.0The reception staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and had everything that we needed. It felt quite modern and efficient and comfortable. The centre of Ljubljana with all the shops, cafes and restaurants - and the river and bridges - are all just a few minutes walk away. This was a great place to stay and we'd very happily go back to this hotel.

8.0The hotel had a sign about water conservation but kept providing new towels even though we had hung them up. They neglected to take dirty glasses from the room.

10.0If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with character, then I highly recommend Hotel Mrak. It is well-appointed and modern with friendly, helpful staff. It's located in a small street in the old town, close to many sites and a 5 mins walk from a bus stop. If I return to Ljubljana, I'd happily stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff who made it a lovely stay.
