8.0Marco muy gentil pero creo que ha descuidado el hotel ya que es grande y supongo que tuvo su apogeo en años anteriores pero ya no hay determinados servicios.
− Aunque está lejos del casco histórico hemos estado muchas veces en urbino y estamos acostumbrados a caminar pero la estancia es buena

− Hotel fatiscente con stanze sporche e piene di polvere in ogni dove. Condizionatore e televisore non funzionanti probabilmente per la troppa polvere e sporcizia accumulate. Dormito sopra al copriletto perché non ho avuto il coraggio di guardare le lenzuola. Non avrei mai pensato di trovare un lerciume così su booking

− Struttura datata e dimessa, entrata con puzza di muffa e disordine ovunque. Le piscine erano senza acqua e piene di sporcizia. Distributori di bevande/cibo vuoti.......la sala pranzo inagibile. Le foto pubblicate non corrispondono alla realtà.

2.0− Soggiorno molto deludente. La struttura appare in evidente stato di abbandono e non corrisponde alle aspettative create dalle fotografie. Molti dei servizi pubblicizzati (piscina, palestra e altre aree comuni) risultano chiusi da tempo, senza che ciò fosse chiaramente indicato al momento della prenotazione. La pulizia è stata insufficiente: abbiamo trovato insetti morti in camera che sono rimasti nello stesso punto per tutta la durata del soggiorno, segno che le pulizie non sono state effettuate in modo adeguato. I letti sono scomodi e l'aria condizionata si spegneva continuamente, rendendo difficile riposare. Un ulteriore disagio è stata l'assenza totale della colazione, nemmeno disponibile a pagamento, circostanza che non era stata evidenziata chiaramente. Lo staff è praticamente inesistente e il proprietario, anziché occuparsi dell'accoglienza degli ospiti, ci ha parlato a lungo delle difficoltà gestionali della struttura e della mancanza di aiuto da parte dei familiari. L'impressione generale è quella di una struttura trascurata, con manutenzione carente e servizi molto inferiori a quelli pubblicizzati. Non lo consiglierei e non tornerei.
