− Personal in der Brasserie ist zT sehr selektiv freundlich. Einige Mitarbeiter sind top, manche „übersehen“ einen auch gern mal weil sie ewig mit Stammgästen schwatzen müssen.
Ich hatte dort eine sehr gute Zeit und würde jederzeit wiederkommen
8.0Ausgesprochen zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage ist fantastisch, man ist gleich an der Ostsee und man hat auch die Möglichkeit im hauseigenen Schwimmteich baden zu gehen.
− In dem Saunabereich gibt es keine Handtücher und ich wurde auch vorher nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass man sich welche mitnehmen muss. Es gibt dort auch keinen Außenbereich zum Liegen. In den Zimmern gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keinen Wasserkocher, jedoch vorne an der Rezeption einen Ort für Getränke und auch Kaffee. Für den Kaffee musste man dann aber auch morgens noch extra zahlen … das hätte ich mir anders gewünscht.

− Tablett war defekt, stand mir erst am letzten Tag zur Verfügung, Blick aus dem Fenster im Zimmer war durch unsauberes Fenster getrübt. Teekocher defekt.
