− The receptionists were hidden behind pc monitors. As it is the first contact with clients it was not the right impression.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, maximum weight 25kg. A charge of 25€ per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.
Guests now have the choice for cleaning frequency of their rooms. We want your stay to feel just right. As a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day
