9.0All staff were great. Lobby coffee was good. View was good. Location to sights was great and relatively convenient to MTR. Room had everything expected for the size/price. Portable dehumidifier in room.

10.0Excellent location, walk to metro, walk to restaurants and coffee shops and walk to peak tram. Very friendly and helpful staff - they even gave us an excellent recommendation for a local dimsum place. Our flight was delayed but there was no problem that we checked in after midnight. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower. Additional toiletries and coffee machine at reception.
Great hotel to stay when in HK.
9.0Quick check-in, lifts did not take long to appear when called, location is great being so close to travel elevator and eateries, and I would definitely come back here.
